#### 1. Position in Hierarchy and Access

#### 2. Screen Form Structure

##### **Header**
The top section contains the patient identification block and filtering parameters:
*   **Patient Context:** Displays the patient's full name (e.g., "Assignments list - Ivanov Aleksandr"), the case history number (e.g., "The case history № 13803-2024"), and the active date range for data display ("From... To...").
*   **Information Indicators:** Shows the **Cumulative dose in ml**.

The process of adding a medication involves two primary interface windows: the drug selection catalog and the detailed administration setup form.

#### 1. Drug Selection: "Reference book. Department forms"

    *   **Search Field:** A text box labeled "Enter the information to search for" to filter the catalog by name.
    *   **Selection Table:** Displays drugs with columns for **INN** (International Nonproprietary Name) and **Group** (e.g., "Anticancer drugs and immunomodulators", "Injection solutions").
*   **Action Buttons:**
    *   `Select`: Confirms the choice of a single drug.
    *   `Add to the selection (complex)`: Allows the physician to pick multiple items for a combined therapeutic regimen.

#### 3. Final Result in the Assignments List
Upon clicking `Assign`, the medication appears in the central table of the **Assignments list**.

*   **Status:** The entry is marked as **"assigned"**.
*   **Record Details:** The row displays the drug name, dosage, route, and the **Author** (e.g., "Doctor G. H.") with a precise timestamp of the assignment.
*   **Organization:** The prescription is automatically categorized under the appropriate summary block (e.g., "Summary list of drug prescriptions for the day").

# "Add by Copying" Screen Form Description

**1. Hierarchy and Access**
*   **System:** Vista-MED.
*   **Subsystem:** Inpatient.
*   **Window Form:** "Choosing the time of reception".
*   **Access:** The form is triggered from the **Assignments list** by clicking the **"Add by copying"** button on the Action Toolbar.
*   **Validation:** A specific assignment must be selected (checked) in the list first. Otherwise, the system displays a notification: *"You need to select an assignment for copying!"*.

**2. Structure and Functionality**
The window layout for copying is identical to the standard prescription form, but all clinical fields are pre-populated with data from the original entry:
*   **Header:** Displays the patient's full name, Case history number, and anthropometric vitals (Height, Weight, BSA).
*   **Left Panel (Copied Parameters):**
    *   **Drug Info:** Pre-filled Group and INN (e.g., Acalabrutinib).
    *   **Dosage:** The "Concentration", "Single dose", and "UoM" fields carry over from the source assignment.
    *   **Regimen:** Preserves the "Route of administration", "Duration", and frequency ("Dates of assignment").
