1. Go to the "Registry" tab → 
 2. "New Patient" → 
 
 3. Fill in mandatory fields (marked with an asterisk): 
 - Surname
 - Name
 - Date of Birth
 - Sex
 - Place of Birth
 - Villager
 
 
 4. "Save" 
 
 5. Expected: "Saved succsessfully"
